    • Click the Backblaze icon in the taskbar or open it from the Start menu.
    • Select Preferences.
    • Hold down the Control (Ctrl) key and click Restore Options.
  7. Run the revalidation process
    • Allow the process to run for three to four hours.
    • After completion, the error should be resolved, and Backblaze should function normally.
