Imunify360 cannot be activated with the license purchased from Plesk. The error reported by Imunify360 extension is something similar to:
Servers limit exceeded for key <LicenseKey>
The cause is that a license for Imunify360 would be trying to be used on multiple servers at the same time, and licenses are only valid for a single server.
Even if you try to reinstall Imunify360 on the same server, it will not be able to register the license twice or more, also if the IP of the server changes it will fail for sure.
The solution is to contact CloudLinux support to have them check your license and remove the unnecessary data, as well as reset the IP to which the Imunify360 license is assigned.
Remember to provide the so they can help you from CloudLinux support from the email you have purchased the licence.
